GPS30F Evaluation Kit

The GPS30FEVK Evaluation Kit is now available from stock.

At only US$ 355 ea, the Evaluation Kit contains all necessary tools to evaluate the performance and functions of the GPS30F OEM-GPS receiver. The Evaluation Kit also enables data collection in the field for later retrieval and analysis,thereby simplifying system performance evaluation and - tuning.

The GPS30EVK contains the following components:

• One GPS30FEVAL Evaluation Receiver
• One Active Patch GPS Antenna, 3 V
• One USB Cable
• 100 - 240 VAC- and 12 - 24 VDC-Power Supply for charging the internal Lithium-Ion battery in the receiver
• Resource CD-ROM containing all necessary information, documentation & software tools for evaluating the receiver performance

The accompanying CD contains software tools for configuring the evaluation receiver, downloading software to Flash and monitoring and logging GPS data and performance using a Personal Computer with Windows^®. For software tools for other operating systems, please consult your local Distributor. The software provided is

• SiRFDemo - used for configuring the Evaluation Receiver, monitoring of the receiver with real-time data presented on screen, and logging data in the field for further analysis.
• SiRFFlash - software used to read/write to the flash of the embedded OEM-GPS receiver
• SiRFView - Software for graphic presentation and analysis of collected GPS data
